These are our basic prices. Pricing changes according to season. Discounts sometimes available, particularly midweek, off season or longer stays. Use the blue "Book Now" buttons to see pricing for specific dates.
Regular pricing
Sunday to Thursday         -  $225.00 per night
Friday & Saturday             - $250 per night (Min 2 x nights on weekends)
Discounts are sometimes available for longer stays and less popular nights.

​We welcome your furry friends, we consider your puppy to be a member of your family. There is a one off charge of $60 if you wish to bring your Dog.
Dogs are not automatically accepted. They can often be accommodated by discussion with the cottage hosts. We do have a few conditions if you are to bring your Puppy:
  • Dogs Must be on leads at all times - we have free ranging Chickens & lots of wallaby's , pademelons & other wildlife on our property, Dogs are NOT to be left in studio unattended
  • Dogs are NOT to be on furniture or beds, any damage caused by dogs will be charged for
  • You can include your dog as an extra during the online booking process.

Franklin, Tasmania

This comfortable Bed and breakfast is perched in the hills just above the Huon River. It is just a 5 minute drive to the riverside village of Franklin, where you can find a range of eateries, a wooden boat museum and cruises form the marina.
Huonville is 15 minutes north with a range of supermarkets, eateries, post office, vehicle repairs, doctors etc.

With a population of about 2000, it is big enough to have most day to day things but rarely crowed. Note that restaurants close early, so e recommend arriving at the restaurant by 7:30, or phone ahead to be sure.

On the northern edge of Huonville is Home Hill Winery (open for lunches)
and ​Willie Smiths Apple Shed (cafe daily and fun dinner and music on Friday nights).
