Hobart’s best kept dining secret, The Old Woolstore’s Stockmans Restaurant, is located on our ground floor. Like much of The Old Woolstore, this restaurant represents an innovative example of how an older style building can be given a stylish, contemporary identity.

The Stockmans Restaurant features a delicious range of hearty, affordable meals, all inspired by world-famous Tasmanian food and quality fresh produce. Before your meal why not enjoy a drink in The Old Woolstore’s Baaa Bar, located next to our restaurant.

Breakfast
Our breakfast buffet is open from 6:30am – 10:00am daily.

Continental Breakfast - Cereals, yogurt, preserved fruits, fresh fruit, freshly baked breads, croissants, pastries, preserves, fruit juices, freshly brewed coffee and a selection of fine and herbal teas. 

Full, Cooked Breakfast - Includes the Continental choice plus eggs – poached and scrambled, bacon, grilled tomato, breakfast sausages, field mushrooms, crisp hash browns, baked beans, a rice/noodle dish, plus the chef’s daily selection which may include pancakes with maple syrup or fruit coulis, potato gratin, spinach with roasted capsicum and toasted pine nuts, or savoury muffins. 

Coffee - Espresso coffees are available from 6.30am. 

Lunch

Dinner
Tempt your taste buds with Stockman’s a la carte menu. Open from 6.00pm to 9:30pm daily, bookings are essential.
