Agents: DO NOT TELEPHONE US AFTER HOURS for administrative purposes such as date change or refund requests. If we receive any after hours phone calls requesting a date change or refund, we will rigidly apply the published booking policy. Requests made by Email only will be considered for possibility of an ex gratia refund.
You can phone us after hours for emergencies only, such as faulty equipment in currently occupied accommodation, driving directions to find us, medical assistance for in house guests. Our office hours are 8am to 8pm, 7 days. You can email any time [email protected] We will attend to your email during office hours. In general, third party booking cancellations are not refundable. However we will consider ex gratia refunds on a case by case basis. |
