 | Millie, the rufous wallaby, was recently orphaned when her mother was killed by a car. She was found wandering the roadside and brought to us at Huon Bush Retreats. Bottle fed each 2 - 3 hours until now, today is her first supervised day outside, within the security of a fenced area. it will be a couple more months before she is big enough to wander on her own and learn the ways of the wild wallabies here at Mount Misery Habitat Reserve. |
